Post-Vacation

Went to New Orleans for a long weekend, and that animation I mentioned is still a work in progress.

What else is going on?

1. A new page! 500 Words or Less. Last winter I wrote a handful of 1000-word stories which I then edited extensively and left in my Documents folder. Loosely based on concepts from Emerson's Essays but chiefly inspired by the style of the late, great Raymond Carver, these babies may be of interest to no one but me, and may even be of interest to no one at all!

2. A new essay! "the past does not exist." Read it for yourself and tell me I'm wrong.

Busy week! Gotta get the promo materials out for the final Cavern of Whimsy on May 4th. Plus I've got a standup show Friday night! Busy busy busy busy busy buys
